Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing detailerschoice.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

PO boxes:  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Purchases of product through detailerschoice.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Detailer's Choice, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) normally ship the same day. Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped we will send your tracking number to the email address provided. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground service and require a physical address for delivery. At this time we cannot accept P.O. Box address for the shipping address.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and military addresses?

Yes! We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska and APO, FPO military addresses. No aerosol products. The rates below DO NOT APPLY to Special Order Items like BLT Mats, WeatherTech, ParkSmart Mats and Highland. *Heavy liquids or oversized packages may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you for approval before shipment if additional shipping charges apply.

What are the shipping rates for Canada?

Shipping rates includes Handling, Packing, Insurance and VAT. In order to make it simple for you, we charge one low delivery charge based on the total value of your order.

What are the shipping rates for international destinations?

Due to increased shipping costs, we require a $100 minimum purchase on international orders. Shipping on international orders will vary. We ask that international customers place an order on the website and choose International Shipping for the shipping option. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. *If you pay via PayPal, funds will be automatically withdrawn by PayPal. Within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, we will email you a shipping rate quote based on the actual weight of your order. Upon your approval of the quote, we will charge your credit card and ship your order. We cannot ship your order until we receive your approval. *Please note, if you add anything to your order after we have calculated shipping, the price will increase because of the increased weight.
